The weekly rates, shown as £ Sterling, vary dependent on the time of the year with January and February being charged at only £350 per week rising to £700 weekly in high season. A £150 per week surcharge on the weekly rate includes fully insured car-hire. Those clients wishing to utilise the £150 per week car hire option will be met on arrival at Malaga airport, with the rental car, and chauffeured to the holiday apartment. At the end of the holiday car hire clients will be collected and taken direct to the Malaga airport departures. A private garage is included in the rental price with lift facilities direct to the apartment.
An e-mail to info@jacarandaproperties.com giving preferred dates will have a swift response.Though mid week reservations are not normally available Saturday to Saturday being prefered by the owner we can often arrange mid-week bookings especially out of high season.. We have incorporated a calendar which shows, at a glance, the available weeks throughout the year and below this the rate card. It should be noted that this property is not ideal for young children. Dinner venues will be suggested for both Xmas Eve and New Years Eve if requested by clients reserving these dates.
